Just a little sass for your morning...all day, every day!
GG and LJ. The bond is unbreakable and I am so freaking thankful that they get to have this amazing relationship! I mean, who else gets to have their Great-Grandma as their bestie?!?!
Another lesson...kids don't need toys, they just need a box! I wish I would have learned this 3,856 lego sets ago. Maybe I can save another family?!?!
Not to "toot her own horn" but someone can now blow her own bubbles!
Tuesday mornings typically are the day Grammy and Leighton go visit GG and Roxy. I will never be able to capture into words how truly blessed LJ is for this time and I am blessed beyond words that they moved so close!
Play-dates in the Park...having 3 monkeys sure makes it a little more difficult, but LJ and I are thankful that E & H love the crazy (and I sure love all the giggles and hey, mom can you watch me do....)
Hey Mom....did you see me climb the tree?
Hey mom....can you chase me around the tree?
Getting to raise littles with your best friends is something so special. I can't believe how blessed I have been with the bigs and this one.
And we are off to the "pool"...someone wasn't quite ready for a picture, but look at how stinky cute Millie is!
Suns out, pools are out at Grammy & Papas.
Fun summer afternoons with all the family!
This swing set saw so many fun days this summer and our kids have a special friendship that has grown so much through this time. So blessed for neighbors.
Guess who got to go out...YES, Mom and DAD!!!!
Have masks, will social distance to have a cocktail in with friends.
Another day...another Minecraft strategy session with the neighbors.
And then the garden began to GROW....spoiler alert (it didn't do too much)...but we learned a lot and had a blast planting and cleaning up the side yard.
Yep, it was a WHOLE family adventure...the garden that is. Except, I have to give credit to Rich for being the water man always taking time to water before bed....but maybe he did it to get out of the bedtime craziness!
Front Yard Doggie...so many mornings and evenings were spent on the porch and this guy loved it.
ADVENTURE WEDNESDAY!
Note: do NOT hike St Edwards Park with a toddler when you are in birks and not the "best" shape BUT I didn't die, so I guess that's ok (AND WE HAD A BLAST WITH FRIENDS). So, I'll quite my complaining and remember the fun morning at the lake.
Afternoon fun with LJ's friend Ella.
And then tragedy hit our little town...thank you to BPD and everyone who helped us bring them some love.
Celebration looked a little different this year with my IsaGals!
She's tried a few time...not quite there (her or me being ready).
And then we celebrated 11 YEARS of marriage. I mean, if we can get through this year together...we can do anything. Love you babe!
The request for lunch/dinner/snacks (anything) on the porch happens ALL THE TIME...and sometimes mom even says YES!
BBQ with the bestie...LJ and E for life.
THIS IS SUMMER! Sunsets with sprinklers!
All smiles for GRAMMY.
This special lady requested (her ONLY request for her 6th birthday) was dinner out with MOM and DAD. Melt my freaking heart!!!! It was her first time out in times of pandemic and it was so much fun.
It's amazing ANY work gets done around her.
Friday FUN day when Millie's friend Carter came over...of course, Griffin is his friend too...so it was fun for all.
AND THEN IT HAPPENED....our 1st entire MEYER family of 5 dinner out!!!
We enjoyed the Edmond's Marina and dinner by the Sound.
When Daddy needs to get work done at the house...Mama takes the kids for an adventure. This time it was blueberry picking at Remlinger!
We ate more than we picked...but we had fun!
Post Blueberry picking refreshments!
Special flowers for Grammy for ALL she does for us.
All smiles...ALWAYS!
This is 41....full of imperfections and finally LOVING every on of them. I even celebrated a little with friends on the bike before be SPOILED all day with flowers, wine and more from friends and family.
Bothell UMC VBS looked a little different this summer...but it didn't keep these kids from having some FUN!!!
Plus, LJ got to participate since it was online. A win-win!
And there goes FRONT tooth #2...right before we left for a fun weekend with friends.
Let the Meyer Bell Plain Weekend Begin - Trip #9!
This trip the KIDS got their own water bottles too...
All settled in for a fun weekend away with friends...we do not take it lightly the number of adventures we have had with the BELL family and look forward to all the fun to come over all the years to come. Building memories one VRBO at a time.
Settled and a little screen time. Girls with girls, boys with boys!
Cheers!
That's a pretty touch looking bike gang!
Checking out Fish Lake to see if we are ready for a BIG adventure.
Road trips (even 20 minute ones) make these girls sleepy!
We popped into Leavenworth for some Ice Cream!
My crew!
Not the most glamorous picture...but neither was our 11th year of marriage. We made it, we documented it and we are moving onto an awesome YEAR 12!
What dads will do for their kids...
All is well that ends with movies and blankies on the couch!
That's a WRAP Meyer-Bell Plain weekend...until we do it again!
