Not so spooky October...more like smokey October!

And October brought sunshine...then smoke, LOTS and LOTS of smoke!!! October kicked off with a boys hike, girls day at cheer and football!  So much football! Now that the season is over, it was so fun to see the kiddos each week learn and love Football!

Packing it up...kind of!  Rich was heading to the lake for the weekend to take some stuff and have some quiet time....

Until he got a visitor.....ME!

First time on Lake Roosevelt just Rich and I...so we indulged in breakfast bagels and coffee (and lots of SUNSHINE)!  Just what these 2 parents needed 6 weeks into school.

Fish On!!!

And ON!

And ON!  We got into the fish and actually got to enjoy many hours out on the lake just fishing and hanging together!  Wow, time with this man on this lake is just good for my soul!

And we found the turkeys...guessing they won't still be there in April, but Rich can dream!

Meanwhile back at home it was football for the kids...and fun with Grammy & Papa!

This turkey earned the SPIRIT STICK too for the 1st time!!!!

And then she also earned TOP sales from the Cheer pancake breakfast and got a special bow!  Go MEME!

Dentist time...and it was all about the cavities.  Learning and moving on.

That's a wrap October...always a busy month and this wasn't even all of it!  Birthdays, Football, Cheer, Pumpkins, Lake Trip and more...I'm thankful for these fun moments to look back but trying to get better with being in the moment too!  Can't believe we ended the month with a 4, 8 and 10 year old!  Time continues to march on and we are here for all the memories!
