You are always one decision away from building the life you love! Our road changed course a few years ago and we are so thankful for the pause - stop - refocus time! Sometimes the road may shift, the path may change, but I know that the company I choose to spend my days with make every shift, turn, dead end and dirt road worth it. So April was PACKED with family fun, a new commitment, a "see you later", a fun trip to the lake and so much more!

These mamas have been with me since the beginning...one since the beginning of preschool and one since the beginning of elementary! They walk beside me in this journey as a mama and I am forever thankful!

And the RAIN is back and we are off for a fun spring birthday at a park...rain boots, parkas and all!
Millie participated in the Spelling Bee this April! She practiced so hard and tried her best...everything I could ask for.

The kids decided to nap (yep, favorite boat activity) so we had a little mini date while the turkeys were sleeping!

That's a wrap Easter 2022...you were something so special.
Spring Break was officially in full swing, so we had an impromtu dinner at the park night! These kids love a fun weeknight surprise and I love a night out of the kitchen.
And then the real fun began....a 4 plus hour road trip with the kids to the lake!! Of course, these kids have been road warriors since the beginning and it makes it so much easier to tackle this trips!
Surprise...the SHOP is built and the kids had not been to the property since it was started in late January.
Checking out all the features and running around like maniacs...just what we wanted when we built it. One side for storage and the other for a fun kid area.
I mean...I just love them and these 1st memories at our forever lake place.
Gives me ALL the feels! This might be the last trip for the 4-legged one to the lake so I will cherish this picture forever.

The weather wasn't the best this trip..but we did get out on the lake between some storms.
When did they get so BIG that they could all climb into the park tree without any help from mom or dad...I mean, the hours are turning into months and the months into years so quickly!

Looks who's a BIG girl...next year, she's off to 4's preschool so we are getting a jump start on what all of her classmates were working on this year!
Trail Life has been an amazing addition to our life...Rich and Griffin get to participate each Monday and then a monthly adventure too. This one marked the rocket launch! Learning and growing with God!
And then May was on the horizon and this project was back on the schedule...
