Our little girl is turning FOUR!!!!

The days sometimes take forever, but the years have absolutely FLOWN by!  

Today, we look back at YOUR special day!

From day ONE you surprised and amazed us....what an amazing day when you entered our world and our family became a FOURSOME!

Welcome to the world Millicent Grace!

You have a natural sparkle with sass and spunk to spare...and you started showing us your amazing independence on your 1st birthday! There is a light in your eyes that sparkles to your core and everyone you meet can see your heart of gold!

Then you were two...and more fun than ever! You gave us all a run for our money with the spunk that you have inside! We celebrated your 2nd birthday at the star lake cabin (your 2nd home).

Another blink of our eyes and you were THREE!!!

Today, our sweet, sassy, spunky, spoiled little girl turns FOUR!  How time has flown by!!!

You light up every room you go into and bring something to our family that only you can bring.  You pick your nose and bite your toe nails, but you are so uniquely you that it is almost endearing.  We can not wait to continue to see you blossom and grow. 

Thank you for being the circle in our square world.  Thank you for knowing what you want and not being afraid to ask.  Thank you for your sleepy snuggles in the morning and your feisty bedtime routines. Thank you for being UNIQUELY you and not letting the world dampen your SPARKLE!

Millicent Grace...today is for you!

With brave wings she flies!!!

The goodbyes never get easier when mom goes on a "work" trip for Isagenix, but having the kids see mom put her goals in the driver's seat and fly, helps make the goodbye a little smoother. Thankful for a spouse who supports my journey even when he might not understand it!

The husband dropping me off at the airport....in Fresno as I said goodbye to him and THANK YOU for letting me spread my wings and soar!

It's crazy that it took me to the age of 38 to really feel comfortable in my skin, assert myself and go for MY dreams! I've always worked hard and been on the path for success, but it is fun to try something new and really take flight!

There is so much of this journey that I owe to this lady on the right...for being bold and stepping before me!  We've arrived and we are off to the WELCOME WHITE PARTY!

When you find a group of women who have hearts of gold and drive...link arms with them and SOAR!

...because you always need a picture of yourself in a white dress!

This group of women inspire me and motivate me to be my best...what an amazing tribe to be part of!

These WOMEN....all of these women are 6-figure or more earners in our health and nutrition business.  They have drive and purpose and an amazing avenue to blaze a new trail.  From doctors to accountants, to studio owners, teachers and stay at home moms, there is no women alike here but all women aspire to help others!!  This is an empowering group of women!

Day TWO: Boot camp or bust!

Day TWO was filled with so much! This leadership training spoke to my soul and was so empowering!

SO thankful for these amazing 5 women who have paved the way in this industry.  Each one is an Isagenix millionaire...but more importantly, they pour everything they have into building women up and teaching them how to move forward!  I feel blessed to have the opportunity to learn and grow with each of these women. A special thanks to Jill for pushing me when I'm not sure and everyone who has supported me along the way.  My hope is that everyone finds something that fuels them to the core.

New Year's Kick Off 2018

Ok, so I'm a little behind on sharing things, but these trips are seriously one of the most amazing things for personal growth, development learning and fun.  I've NEVER traveled for work (unless you count Spokane) and I've been lucky enough to not have a job the has me away from my family a ton.  Well, this changed when I joined Isagenix....but not in a BAD way. 

A couple times a year I get to join my team and travel to learn and grow.  I have the opportunity to bring others along and show how thinking a little different is the most amazing thing!

Arrived at the airport and we ran into Kate, the leader of our bigger team and rockstar!

And then we found Miss Kentucky!!!

My girl AMY...seriously, the friendship that has been built with this lady in the last year is one I'm so thankful for.  We've known each other for almost 20 years, but it took this common bond to really build our bond.

Hello DAY 2...we are coming for you!

The conference was amazing...the bonds forever...the memories grow with each experience.  This year, I earned an invite to the Team Anchored Executive Banquet and I was so thankful to be part of this magical night.
