Summer...it's hard to narrow down July into just a few comments. Birthday parties, a wedding, anniversary celebrations, summer camp, cousin trip, life and more...bam, I did it. Being smack into the start of September, it's crazy to look back and see how "busy" summer was...but it's a different busy. It's the busy that comes with so much JOY.
One filled with more smiles...less stress...slower starts...and freedom. We sure packed July to the brim and I'm happy that I'm a nut to take pictures and relive some of this organization chaos.
First celebrations were for the new 12 year old...straight off the plan from Mexico and to enjoy her birthday with the cousins.
Decorating....Dumplings...Dairy Queen...and a DARN good time.
school friends, church friends, best friends.
I've prayed for her relationships for years and I just love this crew of girls that love her and support her.
Of course...a Millie party has CRAFTING.
The weather wasn't the best...but the girls still had a ball.

Summer Camp 2026...both Bigs were are MS camp and had a "horrible" time.
The little one even got to go to VBS this summer.
This girl amazes me...she set out to audition for worship at church 48 hours after she returned from her mission trip. She has a little work to do, but her confidence and skill will help her cross that finish line. Can't wait to see her up there on a Sunday worshipping!!!
The return trip from Cousin Weekend FUN!!! As summer schedules fill up, it is so special to carve out time to spend with the cousins at the cabin.

This trip was so fun to get to explore more and just enjoy our favorite place. Each trip is a little different and this one was filled with so much TUBING!!!

When the BIGS are away...LJ got to spend a fun weekend being an "Only" child and doing all the things with M&D at the cabin.
