Marching along...

It's crazy to think that the dream we started dreaming back in 2016...on our first trip to Seven Bays is coming to life...the dream moved from a dirt pile to a cabin on the dirt...to some day a place for friends and family to come and enjoy!  

March marked the month where the cabin came to life and got placed on the property.  Rich has been back and forth more times than I can count and his role has been so important through this whole process.

Even Dan got to be part of one of the "set" trips with Rich.

Griffin and Rich had a "hit the trails" and went snowshoeing with Trail Life.

Animal encounter day at school...LJ got to pop into Griffin's class and see all the fun animals.

When Rich was away....we had a few dine out nights!

Smiles for daddy....I'm not a good single mom.  I thrive when we are a whole family and March was hard with Rich so busy with the lake BUT those days are behind us now and we should be back to full family fun at the lake!

Haircut days...these 2 got to move to the BIG salon and we are sooo impressed. 

Drop G at church...take girls on a PIE date.  :) Shhhh, don't tell G (except we did and we brought him a treat home).

On Wednesdays we support HCA with fun dine out events....in March it was MOD Pizza!

March was BIG project month for the kids and I made a deal....I don't ask, it gets done, you get rewarded!!!  Win, win.  Team work and not a screaming mom...I think this was a good plan!

If you get the harebrained idea to fly half way across the country to show up on a friend's porch in the middle of the night and tornado....DO IT!!! Don't look back!

Take the trip.  Hop in the tub.  Tell them you love them.  Enjoy the journey.  Pray your way through it.
