Long Summer Weekends!

Roadtrip!

We packed up on Sunday and headed over to visit Grammy and Papa Meyer, Uncle Chris and Uncle Shawn.  

The troops were ready to go...and napped along the way.

We arrived and it was time to play!

The weekend flew by and we had a blast.  G got to help Papa Dick pick some apples to bring home.

In the words of Griffin, a picture with his 'nuther Grammy and Papa.  I think it's so cute.  Both kids loved the visit so much (and I think Grammy and Papa did too)!

No one does I DO like WE DO!

Rich and I have always done things a little different...but it is what works for US.  For our 6th anniversary, we celebrated with family, with friends, with just US and with the extended family!!!

Anniversary morning we headed to Thomas the Train in Snoqualmie for a day of fun!  Rich and the kiddos were all ready to head in.

After a fun-filled day...Rich and I met up with Jen and Cam at the winery for a little Harry Connick Jr.

Sunday morning was all about US!  We headed out at dawn to Lake Stevens to have a little time on the boat.

Nothing beats a little quiet time with my babe (and coffee).

Fish on! We had a great morning of fishing and even landed a few (or 6)!

Waiting for us at Uncle Roger and Aunt Cindy's were our little ones, Grammy and Papa, GG and Roxy, the O'Malley Clan and even the homeowners in the flesh!

And to celebrate another MILESTONE in this life...Mile #6!  Celebrating reaching 6 years of Marriage, a partnership, a life together! Here's to enjoying every step along the way...every hill has a valley, every rock has some sand, and every day continues this journey together!
