And just like that the 2024-25 school year came to an end...sitting here today, we are over a month into summer and I'm just looking back to recap the MAY-hem that May was into the slalom course of the last week of school.
Traditionally...summer starts with the 1st trip to the pool. This year, the sunshine did not disappoint and we were able to sneak in a fun afternoon in the sun.
So we will recap from the end to the beginning...
Last day of school vibes...LJ had already wrapped up Kindergarten but G & M had a few more hours until school was done.
We celebrated 5th grade celebration and Kindergarten graduation with a fun dinner at Julio's. Grammy and Papa had been to all the celebrations and joined in for dinner too.
And we have another MIDDLE Schooler!!!

Ahhh May...and early June, you are so crazy but it's the late nights, the sunshine and fun that keep us going! These smiles are what make the hard days better and the growing worth it all. I love sharing the "highlights" from this season and will always remember that being content with the season you are in is part of the journey.
