The new year brought in some NEW and some OLD...and it also felt like a month that we got to slow down for a second and enjoy each of the kids doing some of their favorite things!
Rich and I started to make a little habit of a "walk to the woods"...it doesn't seem like we have as many opportunities for a traditional date night, but this season has blessed us with a Saturday afternoon walk and talk session...so that's a WIN!!!
The Mille and Mom Bucket list...made by Millie. Can't wait to check off all the buckets in 2026 while adding to the bucket of things that made us smile!!!
It's official...I'm going to Mexico this summer on a mission trip. Nervous and excited, but I know God will equip me!
Griffin wrapped up Basketball season and received an amazing award for his heart and leadership. Congrats Barnabas!

January Grammy celebrated her 70th birthday...we celebrated with dinner out at The Cottage.
Miss Leighton was recognized for KINDNESS this year. So proud of her sweet heart who explodes with kindness for all. I pray we can all be a little more like Leighton.
And then I hit 600...yep, 600 times I worked out with the chickens.
And then we were full speed into Girls basketball...I love watching Millie and her pink shoes on the court. What a joy it is to find something that makes her smile so much!

January was truly a month to reset...reflect...and get our hearts right for the year ahead. God continues to put challenges in front of each of us and we are learning each day. I personally, am so grateful for NEW MERCIES each day!
