Goodbye Summer....
It hit us like a wrecking ball...all the sun, all the fun and then BAM...seasons change and we are thick into a new season BUT we're doing it and doing it and doing it WELL. :) So here's the look back of the August that was...the season where we try to bottle up so much time together that it will keep us content for a bit. Early August...the boys took off for their 2nd Annual Meyer Boys week at the Lake. No fun was had by them at all...ALL BOYS, ALL THE TIME. The girls and I had a CHEER-tastic week! We had some fun snacks and LOTS of slumber parties with Mom. Then, we'd had enough and were ready to reunite with the boys. Sugar Stop in Ephrata to break up the drive over. Rich and Griffin had spent the week at the lake...so the girls, Henry and I headed over to join them for the weekend. Fun with a friend at the lake! LJ and I spent a Saturday visiting her friend that moved to ID after school got out. We sure miss Sofia and family. The master at the lake...a sweet friend ga...
