Growing up Meyer!

Chukar...our first born, our first son, our first love has had so many health issues along the way, but our love for him will never waiver. He is the sweetest, craziest, best puppy around and he will always have a very special place in our life! The story, the journey continues.... Where do we start, I guess with the most recent ailments. Chukar had an irritated eye a few weeks ago and we started to get concerned.  We watched it for a few days thinking it would heal on it's own or we would take him to see the vet, but it didn't bother him so we waiting about 3 days. Saturday, 2/28 - we noticed the redness not going away and he was a little clumsy.  Being a Saturday, our vet was closed for the day so we went to SVS in Kirkland.  They ran a few tests and let us know that Chukar had no vision in his right eye and we should visit an eye doctor.  We were able to get into Kirkland Animal Eye late Saturday afternoon for a few tests and no answers, however, we did...

Blessed with this life...blessed with love of a great family!  March has started off with so many special adventures that our hearts continue to fill with love!   This little munchkin is getting so big and has a "tough" personality.  Watch out world, you don't want to mess with this little lady.   Griffin received a special book from Dr. Doerge (his chiropractor) and loves to read it! A glimpse into preschool...Griffin is so focused and determined.  A great fit for him (and us)! Into everything and standing up all over...did I say trouble?! Cousins and Besties - part two!
